When you join our waitlist or use TrustClawd, we collect:
- Email address — to notify you about TrustClawd updates and launches
- Optional survey response — your biggest frustration with AI tools
- Referral source — UTM parameters from the URL you visited
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Send you updates about TrustClawd
- Understand what matters most to potential users (aggregate survey data)
- Measure which channels bring the most interested users
3. Data Storage
Your email and survey data are stored with Resend, our email service provider. We use privacy-friendly analytics via PostHog (self-hosted option available).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Self-Hosted Option
TrustClawd is open source (AGPL). When you self-host via npx trustclawd, your data stays entirely on your own infrastructure. We never see it.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send
- Request deletion of your data by emailing us
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
7. Cookies
This website uses privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog) that do not use cookies for cross-site tracking. We respect Do Not Track headers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as TrustClawd evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
