1. Overview
These terms govern your use of the TrustClawd website, self-hosted software, and managed service. By using TrustClawd, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Tiers
TrustClawd offers two tiers:
- Free (self-hosted) — Install via
npx trustclawd. AGPL-licensed open source. You host it, you control the data. - Managed ($9/mo) — Always-on integrations, cloud-hosted, automatic updates.
3. Open Source License
The self-hosted version of TrustClawd is released under the AGPL-3.0 license. You may use, modify, and distribute it in accordance with that license. The managed service includes additional proprietary integrations.
4. Communications
By providing your email, you consent to receive occasional emails about TrustClawd. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not send more than 2 emails per month during the pre-launch period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by TrustClawd. The open source codebase is licensed separately under AGPL-3.0.
6. No Warranties
This website and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about specific features of the final product. Pricing may change with notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
TrustClawd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, the self-hosted software, or the managed service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
